Did another 5 mile walk/jog. I think I may have overdone it a little one leg is feeling sore. Haven't been remembering to stretch afterward like Leslie has taught me. :) But I did today and it felt good.

I'm still doing my squats, step ups, planks and hand weights daily. Today I also did my 2 miles. I used the AHA Start Walking at Home 2 Mile dvd.

Day off.

Went to visit a friend this weekend but was able to walk/jog on Sat morning before I left. Then when I got back, just a slow walk to fishermans wharf, but it was five miles round trip.

I think natural exercise is the best.

3mi remix.

Walked/jogged five miles.
Tomorrow I'm going to visit my sister in Portland, OR for three days. We will probably do some hiking there.
