  • Today (Wednesday) I met my friend who moved out to CA a year ago for a hike!
    Wow! I thought a hike was like a little nature trail. Oh no, this was intense!
    We went up quite high and came back down. It was so fun. Again, if I hadn't lost the weight I never would have been able to do it. We went about 6 miles back and forth! It took over 3 hours.

  • Walked/jogged 5 miles this morning. I wish I would be able to do this when I get back to Florida but even at my exercise time of 4:30 am it would be too humid, lol.

  • The hiit is high intensity interval training, it is with Leslie Sansone. I really enjoy it.
