Check-In: KCM's Plateau Buster - workout #1 - w/8's Leslie Sansone Walk Your Belly Flat 3 Miles Teacher He was a good boy. :D It's really nice that we have the harness, now. He can ride in the back seat and we don't have to crate him. He looks like a little kid sitting there. Today is his 1 year birthday. I bought him a cupcake and a cookie from the specialty pet store. The cupcake has blue icing. The cookie is in the shape of a bone. It has white icing w/Happy Birthday in blue letters. They are totally cute! Waving Hi all around! Enjoy your evening! |

Diana- she's a new teacher to our ymca but works at another one in town. I feel bad but I'm super picky about my fitness teachers. The teacher in me wants to like everyone but if I make the effort to go there, I want a good workout!

While out of town from last week Thursday through late Monday night, I did not exercise and managed to gain back 2 pounds. Tuesday of this week I was busy catching up and did not exercise again. Wednesday I got back on track with these: MARI WINSOR'S FLAT ABS PILATES: BONUS TOTAL BODY WORKOUT and YOGA CONDITIONING FOR WEIGHT LOSS WITH MERRILY - 1/2 MODIFIED BEGINNERS PRACTICE: BODY AND BREATH AWARENESS Thursday I did: Rebounding Daily Dozen and YOGA CONDITIONING FOR WEIGHT LOSS WITH MERRILY - 1/2 MODIFIED BEGINNERS PRACTICE: ACTIVE YOGA CONDITIONING Today I did: JILLIAN MICHAELS BEGINNERS WORKOUT - BACKSIDE: CIRCUIT 5 and CIRCUIT 6 and YOGA CONDITIONING FOR WEIGHT LOSS WITH MERRILY - 1/2 MODIFIED BEGINNERS PRACTICE: BALANCE AND RELAXATION I have also committed to walking outside for 10 minutes every afternoon. I started this on Wednesday. Yesterday my partner joined me. I am heading out the door right now. Have a terrific weekend!:flow1: |

Check-In: 21 Day Fix - Cardio Fix YumaDeb Welcome back. Good job getting back to your program. Teacher The rotation is only 21 days. It's 3 solid weeks without any rest days. A friend of mine is at the end of her 4th rotation with this program. She has gotten great results. I don't think I will get the kind of results she has gotten. Last night I added on: Unwinding Muscle Tension from AM PM Yoga for Beginners Teacher I wanted to add that 21 Day Fix also has a modifier. She is a true modifier and everything is modified. I have seen her in other workouts. She is good at this. Have a great day! |

Teacher Good job on the elliptical. We are not very busy right now. It's only me and DH so if we have business we are busy, per say. :lol: I tend to be more busy during certain times of the month. I have more going on during the beginning of the month due to month end closing. I tend to get to bed too late on the weekends and it really messes me up for the week. I need to try to get to bed early. I still say I need to find a way to retire. :lol:

That 21 Day Fix sounds intense. Last week I started adding a 10-minute walk every afternoon to my daily routine. Sometimes my partner, Woody, goes with me. Monday I added a 10-minute walk in the mornings before I start my day. Then I got busy and didn't do any other exercise on Monday. Yesterday I worked out but forgot to post. Here is what I did: JILLIAN MICHAELS BEGINNERS WORKOUT - FRONTSIDE: CIRCUIT 1 and CIRCUIT 2 YOGA CONDITIONING FOR WEIGHT LOSS WITH MERRILY - 1/2 MODIFIED BEGINNERS PRACTICE: BODY AND BREATH AWARENESS I'll post later what I do today. I am just starting with my new active life) So for the beginning i added 1 hour of walks each day. i know it is very little( but i need to begin with something) hope the next week to add cycling to my life! Love cycling)

The 21 Day Fix can be really intense, depending on how much you put into it. There is a modifier who does a great job. Diana- I'm still excited about the job and also very nervous. It's going to be very overwhelming in Aug but I'm looking forward to a set schedule. I'm hoping to stay focused and make some progress with losing weight. Food is always my biggest struggle. I plan to mostly workout at home so hopefully I'll be able to stay focused.
