How's everyone doing with the Shred?
I'm a total slacker with Level 2.
I've been doing it but, honestly, it's a pretty half-hearted effort. I dunno what my issue is. I think part of it is that I want to do more cardio, specifically running. Summer makes me want to RUN
so I think I'm going to modify my weekly plan so there's less Shred and more running. And I think I'm going to redo Level 2.
