3mi party. Right wrist hurts and right hip but only when you bend them. Have to watch the claps and kick backs. At one point thought I would not make it but did.

Oh, I thought you maybe strained it with the weights or something.
It's strange with all your exercise you would get it but I guess it just happens to all of us! I get it in a weird joint and then it will just disappear. Mine is called palindromic arthritis (I think that is what it is called - started when I was around 22). Hang in there my exercise buddy! :) |

I do not jump. When she jumps I do a light jog.

Three miles from ultimate DVD. And planking and arms.
My dog knows when the stretching starts on all the DVDs. He runs over and lays on his back so I can pet his belly while I stretch my legs. As soon as I stand up to turn to the other side, he jumps up and runs to that side. This is my little mixed dog, schitzu and something. |
