Yea definitely was having an off day since today was much better able to complete it without to much panting lol. Just having an off day I guess but I hope that each day you can continue to do a little more .

Psychic the first week is the worst then after that I promise it gets so much better and before you know it you're like yea I got this. I didn't want to complete it just so far its been worth it .
I'm rooting for all of us to just continue the program we can set higher goals after that lol.

I missed last night. I didn't get home until almost 10 and I also can't breathe well. I think I have a headcold starting up. I do plan on doing W1D2 tonight though.

I hope you feel better Psychic!

Hubby and I did cardio again, our week has been a bit off but we are starting week 2 tomorrow!!! I found cardio was a bit easier the second time. Still tough but a bit easier.

Keep up the amazing work!!!

Megan2006, did you end up finishing this program? I just finished week 1 and I love it. I have been working out for almost two years so I didn't find it that difficult. My family just relocated to a new area and I've chosen to do this until I get settled and figure out what I want to do. There are a few things I have to modify (mostly the jumping things and ok, like the entire ab workout!) due to my plantar fasciitis.
