Just the Blue mile on U5 today. Really sore from yesterday. Note to self: The blue mile is my least favorite mile. I hate the jumping jacks and Leslie is a liar when you're doing the up and out arm thing in the second half. She says "4 more!" and like eight or ten later finally stops.

Annie, yay! Glad to see you here! I thought of you the other day and was hoping you would reappear!

Maui, haha I love the blue mile! It's my favorite because of the music. As far as the jumping I do not jump. When she jumps I jog but jog where I kick legs behind me. Then when she does jumping jacks I jog lightly the normal way. I do this on all DVDs. I can't jump due to bladder issues so I have come up with these jogging options instead. Why I can jog and not jump is beyond me! I have noticed that during the jumping jack part her mouth doesn't move with the sound properly, it's like they cut it and spliced it back wrong, which is obviously not how they make movies anymore, lol.

Tomorrow is my day off. Had my class tonight and we went all the way past ten. I get home so hyped I can't fall asleep so I have to change alarm to 5:30 instead of 4:30! On my spring break I will be sleeping in!!!

I don't care about the music much. I'm just gritting my way through the moves Haha. I really hate the blue mile and unless I get desperate I'll probably just be ignoring that one from now on. My favorites are by far the red and yellow miles, just because I like the moves and there is NO jumping of any sort.

Three miles from ultimate DVD. I'm dog sitting my sons golden retriever puppy so there were many interruptions! He is almost four months. So cute! But I have to watch him closely of course.

Awesome. I was hoping I wasn't alone. People who say they LOVE exercise baffle me. I like Leslie tapes more than most other forms but I am still sweaty and gross and tired when exercising and I've not yet reached the point at which I can say "YEAH! FEELS GREAT!"
