Miles 1,2,3,4 of the Five Mile Walk Slim.
I'm always carrying one pound weights now unless the DVD uses bands because it seems like I'm not working up a sweat unless I carry those.

Annie, thinking of you and praying you get a good answer and feel better soon. I know with surgery it will be a while.

Carol - I have been on thyroid medicine for such a long time now but I appreciate the suggestion, I wouldn't have considered even looking.
Cathy - Oh goodness!!! No anesthesia?!!! I tried the airbrasion thing without it once, they had to peel me off the ceiling, lol.
I hope I got the names right, my memory is so bad I can't remember my middle name most days.

4 miles -48 minutes, cardio kick - 25 minutes, 6 inch step - 41 minutes

Sick. I actually threw up mid workout. I hate throwing up medicine, it burns so bad. Sigh, going back to bed bucket in hand.

Thanks, I really can't believe it myself! I've lost and gained it back many times over the last 25 years but haven't gotten this low since before kids. I really never thought I'd see the 150s again. The key has been the exercising.

Since it's New Year's Eve I figured I'd better do the 3 Mile Party! Not that I party myself tonight, we are having a few people over but nothing wild.
