Okay, I think I'm ready to get back at this!! Red mile (one mile) on the 5 Day Fit Plan and I did do a few of the lunges/squats at the end.

Annie - congrats on the 1.5 lb loss!

Carol & CalCounter - congrats on your progress too!

I did 2 miles this morning. I used the 5 Mega Miles and did the 1st and 3rd miles.

hey carol - it sure is for me! especially in the mornings before work - 30 minutes is all i've got!

I did 2 miles this morning with 2 lb handweights. I used the Walk It Off in 30 Days dvd.

I did one mile from the 5 Day walk I got a couple weeks back. I'm not sure I like this DVD. The music is the same thing over and over. Each walk has a break between warm up, mile 1, mile 2, etc. that just interrrupts the flow.

I use the 5# weights that circle you hand. I think they are made for ankles but they work great on the wrist.

I'm still doing 1 and 2 pounds but loner with the 2s than I was when I started. I think I can do 3s soon. Need to pick up more hand weights though.
