Decided to take Friday off. Thursdays are a really long day for me so sleeping one extra hour is important I decided. So just did 3 Mega Miles. Feeling good and weight is coming off!

This weekend and next I have a lot of company making it hard to get in 2 workouts.

Yes, when our routines change it does make it hard to fit it in, and also to eat right!
I did miles 2,3,4 of 5 mile fat burn.

Thanks. My foot is doing real well, but I feel like I've used it as an excuse not to exercise. Son started back to school and am trying to get back in the habit of getting up early enough to exercise AND make his lunch AND NOT get on Facebook!!
Gonna try for two in the morning.
We can do it ladies! I've put on a few pounds since vacation and the foot injury and have started a Halloween challenge with a friend.

Did the 2 Mile High Calorie Burn w/ 2# wts from the 5 Day Fit Walk this morning. I don't know how long it's been since I did a 2 mile! Feels good.
