Diana- thank you for your description. Ahhh, it sounds so yummy. I've seen various friends post pics on FB. I hope to someday eat there. That sounded like a perfect bday celebration! When is your big day?

Laura- I hear you with being frustrated. I drop 4 pounds and then the scale stays the same for 3 days. I know part of the 4 pounds was water weight from unhealthy eating. It just messes with my mind.

I finally organized all my school stuff- only took 2 years to get motivated to go through everything. It's my big project while my DH is gone. He'll get back Friday

today- hydrobox 45 min- water kicking boxing... it was raining so class was inside. I normally can't do inside pools with my asthma but it was in the lap pool which is much cooler. It was just okay.... some kickboxing moves I liked but the teacher was very intense.

Good Morning, Everyone!

Last night I added on: Restorative Poses for Relaxation from Yoga For Stress Relief

Teacher
Tomorrow is the big day. I am amazed at the water classes you have there. I have never heard of them before. I think only a few gyms around here even have a pool.

Have a great day!
