Annie, I read a really good book lately I think you would like. "I've Tried It All! Now What?!" by Susanna Dee You can get it on her site called The Donut Whisperer. It is very expensive on Amazon.

been walking the dogs which is good for them and us (about a mile a day)
they are little terriers and have a big backyard but they love the walks and we are NOT SO LITTLE lol
2 miles with 2.5 pounds during arm weight section (30 minutes)
New step workout - 4 inch step (15 minutes)
I hate feeling like I have lost so much ground. I have gained back to a57, and I can't workout as hard as I was, I just feel so weak. I am thankful I can walk and start again though. It could be so much worse than having to take a step backwards on the workout front.
The shrieking agony is gone for the most part, I still hurt but it has eased since meds were removed/reduced. My hip still is so touchy though, it is fine and then I move and it is just either cramped up so tight I can't put any pressure on it or it is screaming bloody murder at me.
I am actually getting some sleep now, that is until one of the nine, yes nine! neighborhood dogs start yapping. What am I saying, they never stop yapping. I don't know why people get big dogs then put them outside in tiny little cages or on super short chains and never have anything to do with them except to feed and water them. It makes me so mad. Anyway, I am just going to try to slooooooowly build back my exercise for now.
Sooooooooooooo good to see you again, tubo. What meds were causing the problem? Sound awful. Pray that you keep getting better. We live in the country and have 2 dogs but I don't hear them very often. It is very quiet here.
Hi Annie. Did 2 mi with 5 lb weights so far. Really busy with a Bible conference this weekend, cooking for 250 people Sat and Sun. That's just dinner and supper not breakfast.
