hey gang
I woke up at 4 this morning and knew if I went back to sleep that I would never get up at 5 and do some walking, so I got myself up and did 3 miles
I used the 5K with a Twist dvd. man it feels great to get that done first thing in the morning.

Oh today was rough, I had to make myself do the 5 miles and force myself to give it my full effort in it. I so did not want to do it. But I am proud that I did it.

2mi with 5lb weights and 2mi without. That last post was last night's exercise. Just wanted to say that weights work really well with the Walk it Off Tone it Up 5 mi video but I just use the first and last mile.
