    01/02/13 - 5 miles w/4 pounds (60 minutes)
    Wii MW Abs: 1 set/4 exercises (7 minutes)
    Stability Ball Abs x 2: ( 20 minutes)
  • Of course, Carol! Plan on getting back at it tomorrow!
  • 2mi. with 5lb weights done and hope to get another 2 without weights.

    Those extra few reps really made a difference today!!

    Yes, well sort of. Nothing is off limits to me. I count calories if I can get them and don't worry about it too much if I can't find the count. I am trying to eat more healthy and less quantity of food.
