Sure wish someone else had the Belly Blasting Walk so we could compare notes. Those floor exercise are way harder than the walk. I"m just pooped when they're done and I only do about half of them. But I keep trying.

I had been but I have stalled right now, but I am just continuing to do what I have been doing, except I added a pound of weights from 3 to 4. I am hoping to see a drop of any amount this Wednesday, but even if I don't lose and just maintain I will be ok. I can see and feel differences in my body so I know I am on the right track even if the scale doesn't always show it.
5 miles w/4pound weights (60 minutes)
Wii PT Medium Upper Body: 2 sets/11 exercises (30 minutes)
Wii MW Medium Upper Body: 2 sets/8 exercises (24 minutes)
One mile Get Up And Get Started from the 5 Day Fit Walk. I am still finding it hard to get out of bed in the mornings. Will be working on getting to bed at least 30 min. earlier.
Walk Slim 4 Fast Miles......I slept in this morning, but committed to coming home after work and getting some miles in and I did! It's the longest workout I've done since before Christmas and it was tough, but I got it done.
