  • I was going to do one of my videos today. However, I was invited to the gym so I went there instead. Spent roughly 2 hours or a little less there. Did a few machines for cardio and a hip abduction machine. Felt great, but I do believe tomorrow I will be doing a workout at home.
  • I did my first watp in about 5 years. I only did one mile but I enjoyed it! I think its going to be my weekend thing

    Today I did the 2 mile sculpt and burn and the 3 mile walk away the waist.

    HAPPY SEPTEMBER, ALL! Can't believe a new month is upon us, already! The year is going by too fast for me!

    I worked late today so no exercise. I was invited back for the gym tomorrow. We'll see how that goes.
  • Hello ladies! Can I join?

    I realized yesterday, that if I just walked 3 miles a day for the next 365 days, I'll reach my goal by doing that alone! It really put things in perspective - weight loss is really, really doable!

    So as the school starts over and I'll be quite sedentary, I've decided to make a point to walk at least three miles a day, sometimes outside, but when the bad weather strikes (or if I'm just lazy to dress up) Leslie comes to the rescue!

    As it's Monday and it's the start of the new month, today was my first day

    I took off Saturday. Yesterday I did the 3 Mile Boot Camp w/ bands and today I did the Walk Slim 4 Fast Miles!!

    I took the weekend off from WATP as I was out of town (I did use the hotel's fitness room each day however!) but I was able to squeeze in WATP 3 Mile Abs video tonight using a resistance band.
  • 2 mil walk strong with 5 lb weights and half mile walk down the road.
  • I went to the gym today.. Did 2 miles on the treadmill at 3.1 speed. I'm going back tomorrow with a friend. Maybe the day after I'll get a workout at home..
  • hey gang i'm still here !!!

    i don't think i posted even one time in august....wow....sorry about that.. but I've been having to do some adjusting and haven't gotten in here to post it.

    I have walked some with leslie but what i've been doing mainly is "tabata". i downloaded a tabata timer on my ipad and i jog for 20 seconds, and then i rest/prepare for 10 seconds (grab my handweights) and then do 20 seconds of reps, then 10 seconds of rest/prepare, and then 20 seconds of jogging, etc. i do this for 24 or 32 times which comes to 12 or 16 minutes. i know it's not as much as walking but i've been having to do what i can get in. we are down to 1 tv and it's in the living room so i can't do that at night, and 5 am is busy with everybody getting to work and i'm just having to do what i can.

    Cathy-We've missed you!! Have you thought about playing a DVD on your computer?? Glad you are keeping yourself moving!!!
  • I did 4 Fast Miles today. I hope to get out later and walk on the school track if it dries up in time (because of the rain).
  • Went to the gym today. Spent about 44 minutes of the treadmill and some on the machine called The Arc. Did a little machine work for the legs. No plans to go the gym tomorrow so maybe I can squeeze in a WAH DVD!
