3 miles in 37 minutes. I did the first 3 miles of the 5 mile walk.
I also did 20 minutes of step aerobics.

Hey everyone!

I did The Big Burn - 2 miles of Intervals and Walk This Way for a total of 4 miles this morning. I have my strength-training class this evening. I'm still sore from Monday's class. Yikes! Will have to use lighter weights tonight.

It's a beautiful day here so I went out and power walked for 3 miles. So I did a total of 7 miles today! Guess I should get some work done. lol

Got an email today about a new dvd..........3 mile calorie blast with the walk band that goes around your waist. I think I already have 6 or 7 so unless I see a new one with weights, I will probably stick to what I have. 4 mi with 5lb weights.

I got that e-mail, too, Carol. I want to check it out. (Edited to add:: i went and looked at it, didn't watch the entire thing. I have the other video that uses that same belt and I never really saw how it helps the abs. I could only ever feel it in my upper arms and shoulders. Hm. Wonder how long the free preview is available?)

I did the Walk Slim 4 Fast Miles this morning. I really enjoy that one!

I am not feeling any slimmer and doubt I will see any loss this week. At my age TOM has started to slow down and be irregular and it has been hanging around for about a week-and-a-half. Didn't count weigh-in last week because of it, but I will count it this week whatever it may be.

I'm going to do a 3 mile walk this morning. It's a perfect day outside going to try to get a walk in outside after work or dinner later.

3 mile walk with 3 pound weights and I finally managed to do the whole step dvd!!! Granted it is only 27 minutes but I am still excited!

yesterday a friend came to visit me.
her name is PMS.
she encouraged me to consume 3800 calories.
slept 10 hours after that, woke up all swollen this morning.
walked really really slow ... 8 miles.

I took the day off from exercise. I also ate a donut. Tried to make up for the calories. We'll see.....P.S. I don't feel a bit guilty!!
