Hello! I'm checking in. Sorry I haven't been around much. But I have stuck with the workouts. I am on the last day of week 6 and I love my results thus far. I am definitely motivated and addicted to TF. I look forward to each workout. Something that has never happened before.

Today is Core 20/Stretch 40 which I will do later on this afternoon.

I ordered me some new weights today. I bought a pair of #12's and a pair of #15's. I am suppose to have them on Wednesday. I am totally skeered!

Teacher Sorry that you have a sore throat and not feeling well. I hope you are better tomorrow. I am in between #10 and #12 for upper body. Lower Body I will probably use the #15. Hopefully they don't end up being expensive door stoppers. This is the first time that I have done a weight program and even liked it. I mostly HATE weights!
