Recommend me a short(ish) workout?

  • Hi everyone!

    My co-workers and I work out 3 days a week during our lunch break. We've been doing Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred mainly because it's a shorter workout, which is what we need since we have limited time at lunch. I'm wondering if anyone can recommend any other workouts that are a maximum of 30 minutes for us to try just to mix it up? We enjoy the Shred, but it would be nice to have some other options once in awhile.

  • I second Kelly's workouts! Split Sessions and Train Like a Contender are two of my favorites.
