This combo was tough. Tomorrow is suppose to be this combo plus Bonus Abs. We'll see how my time and energy holds out. I might have to add the Bonus Abs workout onto Wednesday since it's "only" kickboxing. No sense in taking it easy.
Have I mentioned before that I think this program is going to kill me?
