Second half of day 18.....
P90x Arms and Shoulders....we skipped abs as we wanted to get to the mall to get my BF some more whey protein hehe. I burned another 297 calories in just over an hour (I left my monitor on about 5 mins after)
As far as this morning goes I AM SO SORE FROM BOXING! UG! my back, sides..you name it... I even f'ed up my neck somehow last night and now that hurts too. I really need a tube of bengay, or bengay bath! LOL
Anyways the scale is starting to piss me off. I weigh myself probably too much, but alas my weight hasn't gone below my low last week. So the momentum is gone. It has to be muscle mass since I am not eating anything close to gaining. So I may have to start eating more I am thinking.
Yesterday I totaled 1320 calories and burned what, almost all that in exercise! Probably not the ideal intake.
But on the bright side my bf and I are noticing changes..I tried on my size 9 pants and they FIT...tight, but they fit! My pot belly has shrunk, and I am starting to see my biceps again!
Today is my day off, I have to be betty homemaker today, again! I miss having a girl friend around when my bf has to work
Cleaning and grocery shopping is NOT my ideal day off.......especially at the level of my soreness!
