Again no workout..I think I will try Monday to workout again. I really don't want to bust up these stitches...eesh!
...ate good up to just over 1000 till we started drinking beer and had a 3 am snack! LOL It was a fun night with friends though!

Day 72 and 73...no workouts.
Ate pretty good on Saturday....somewhere between 1200-1500 I am guessing. I did have some yummy Mexican food before bed....so hopefully it didn't have more than I guessed hehe....
Sunday, well that was just a binge! Good ol Easter treats.....I got into the candy a little too lol. So, now to start back in hardcore again. I am going to give the workout a go.......

Day 74.......Legs (no back)
Not too bad, burned about 300 calories...I did cardio activities during the back exercises. My stitches were a little sore but not bad, as long as they don't bust!
Food was good until my BF decided he needed a Mint Oreo blizzard! LOL He got a LARGE..we "split" it. Which really I fed him most of it, big bites for him, little baby bites for me. So I should be around mabye 300-400 or that 1000 calorie blizzard....Alas it was amazingly yummy. I haven't had one in months! I am guessing the total for the day was between 1500-1800.

Arms and Shoulders, half of abs.
Burned a mere 200 calories, better than nothing! I had to work off the banana bread I made hehe. I got up to 1526 calories for the total of the day.
My legs are super sore from the other day..and I am sure I will get worse with the arms as the day goes on. The abs were harder to do than I thought with the stitches. I did a few different moves. I just can't be laying down where it pulls on my skin..hard to explain!

No workout again..boo...My bf didn't want to do anything..and I was so tired after work I took a nap. So much for that. I think I ended up aruond 1500...I had cajun fish at a resturant earlier that day..which wasn't fried..yet it was hard to guess how many calories as I had no way to measure it. But I ate a lot of it, delish!

Arms and Shoulders again.....but it went better. Burned 270 calories..I pushed it more that I felt comfortable with my stitches...finally!
Ate up to 950 calories! Finally down again...I have been over 1200 a lot lately...not to mention my weight has not gone down in quite a while.
3 more weeks till Europe..........

Ate up to about 1700-1800...had some snacks and alcohol Oh well it was nice to chillax!
