Thanks RRB2 and Diana for the food info. I really feel like I do a good job exercising. Of course, I do need to add more strength. However, my food is the problem. So food intake will be more focus come Jan.
I pulled a hip muscle in the beginning of the week but kept working out this week. However, this morning it hurts. I think I slept on that side. So I'm taking a few days off to see if it gets better. I guess I was shaking my hips a little too hard at Zumba. Happy Christmas Eve Eve!
