Hey everyone! I have already finished SI6, and I did Slim Series the Lower Body Rotation,but only for 2 weeks, I fell off the wagon about a month ago..
I havenīt gained weight beacuse I have taken care of my diet, but I want to start exercising again because Iīm going to San Francisco in 2 weeks and I want to look great!
I only have 2 more weeks to lose some inches or weight, so, I want to ask you guys, which slim series rotation would you recommend in order to have the best possible results in the next 2 weeks ? (starting today) Should I start The lower body rotation? Or the slim training is better for my situation? (haha I made a little rhyme
) Iīm 5ī5 and my weight is 132 lbs..
Just one more thing, I will follow a 1300 calorie diet,do you think I can lose some inches and/or weight in 2 weeks?
I know 2 weeks is a short periosd of time to lose a lot of weight, but I dont want to do any crash or yoyo diets, I want to keep it healthy, eat carbs fat and proteins the right way, so, please, help me to figure out which routine should I do!! And if my 1300 calorie regime will help me a little??, thanks for your answers, I need some advice!!
