I ended up going on the treadmill for 40 min and stretching afterwards. Do you do other workouts on the days your supposed to have off from the express workouts?
Yep. I work out every day except Sunday (my rest day), but I don't do Firm Express every day. It has too much high impact in it for me - my knees wouldn't be able to handle it.
I'm glad to hear you are liking the Firm Express so far. I am a Firmie/Firm Believer from back to 2003. I am on and off the wagon with diets and exercise plans all the time, but I have to say that over-all I've always gotten the best and quickest results from FIRM workouts. Enjoy, and I'm sure you will see some quick results. Keep me posted on how you are doing.
I love The Firm! I first started doing the original firm workouts with the fanny lifter 10 yrs ago after the birth of my first son. It worked great, but two more kids later I have put the weight back on and then some. I find that my body responds better when I use weights in combo with cardio than just cardio alone and the firm is perfect for that!
Just finished the second week of The Firm Express. The second week is a lot harder than the first but I got through it! Only thing I am not liking is that the cueing is really fast and I feel lost at times but I eventually get it. I feel real good and can't wait for week 3!

I saw an infomercial for the firm express but am just a college student so i dont have the funds to commit to the purchase just yet without getting more info. Ive seen your posts so far, but have you seen any body changes/weight loss since your two weeks trying it? It just seemed too good to be true! Im thinking of even going to a local library to see if its available. Also, I heard that they sell some of the videos separate, do they follow the same 2o min a day plan or are they different? Pardon the extra verbiage, i look forward to your answers!!
