So I'm considering starting Insanity after I complete Ripped in 30 (which I start tomorrow), and I want to know what's the good and bad with the program?

I am currently a Beachbody Coach and in Week 6 of Insanity. I will tell you that I do like that there is no weights or bands to deal with. I do not like that there is not a least some body sculpting day. It can wear on you but at week 6 is where most people stop. You do have to throw away the scale. You will get in shape, you will lose body fat and you will probably lose 2 lbs. But you will be in shape. If you would like a free membership to Beachbody let me know.

I started Insanity 17 days ago, I LOVE IT! I'm losing inches and I'm feeling so good. I lost 5 pounds (I'm in week 3)..Just make sure you get your protein thats why I was not losing in during the first part of the program.
