Has anyone tried The Lotte Burk/Berk Method DVD?
It's spelled one of those ways. lol.
Anyway, the dvd is only about 28 minutes long, but the back of my left arm has been sore for a couple days (I must have done better on that side).
I'd say it's a mix of ballet-inspired moves, pilates-inspired stretches, and weight training. It goes pretty fast, and some of the moves actually hurt. I rented it off netflix, and am thinking of looking for it on ebay next time I have some money to spend.
Oh, and if anyone has tried it (there might be more than one, not sure), what did you think? Have you lost any weight or inches form it? I'm not sure if it's something I could do every day, but it felt like it really worked, so I would definitely use it again.
