Quick question. I've been using WATP since June 1st and I love it! I have so many of her DVDs, I've lost count
I do a 3-mile walk during the week and 5-mile walks on the weekend. My question is, do you work out 7 days a week or do you take a day of rest? I usually end up taking one day off because I'm just so beat!
