Quick question. I've been using WATP since June 1st and I love it! I have so many of her DVDs, I've lost count I do a 3-mile walk during the week and 5-mile walks on the weekend. My question is, do you work out 7 days a week or do you take a day of rest? I usually end up taking one day off because I'm just so beat!

Thanks for your responses!

Dixie - I try to work out seven days per week. Besides my WATP workouts I ride my bicycle, walk and lift weights. There are days I just take a 2 or 3 mile walk and that is it for me. This past month I have taken a day off here and there due to busy plans on the weekends. So, it all depends on your schedule and how you feel. I never push myself and when I want and need a day off, I take it.

Hey all!! I did 4 miles from the 5 Mile Fat Burning Walk this morning.

Dixie-I usually take the weekends off from exercise. Sometimes I'll throw in a workout if I have time on a Sat or Sun. Do what feels comfortable to you!

Today - 12-Mile Bicycle ride, and just took a 2 mile walk. It is just too beautiful outside this morning. It was tempting to keep going, but I had to get back to my office.

Slept in an extra 20 min. and only had time to do the 2 Mile Power Walk With Friends....used 3# weights, though.

Having some issues with my upper back again so I took the morning off from exercise. It is feeling better and I didn't want to push it.

Annie - That was a smart move. You don't want to cause any additional problems.

Today - Fat Burning Walk (3 miles) and 1.5 mile walk at lunch.
