Yesterday - 2.5 mile walk at lunch, 10 mile bike ride in evening (would have gone longer, but tire was flat before I left and it took awhile to fix it. Aghhh).

DD called last night and 3-year old grandson needs his tonsils removed. I will be going down for his surgery and take care of him for a few days. My poor little bubba boy...

Hey all! I did 4 miles of the 5 Mile Weight Loss Walk this morning.

Question: Do any of you know a good place for free online Leslie walks? I found two on ExerciseTV but wonder if there are any other. I am thinking of trying to do a one mile walk sometimes on my lunch break during the week. Thanks!

hey gang I did 2 miles this morning. I used the Walk & Jog dvd and did more jogging than Leslie did

Annie - that is the only place where I have seen free ones. Are you a member on Leslie's website? bec she usually has a one mile up for the month that you can do if you're a paid member.

later gaters

No, Cathy, I am not a Walk Club member. Are you and if so, is it worth the fees?

Yay! I was able to do the 3 Mile Boot Camp w/ bands this morning. It had been long time since I did that one with all of my issues I had going. Just had a twinge or two in my upper back, but nothing major.

I may try to add the 1 Mile ExerciseTV LS walk during lunch if I have time.

Missed you today. My FIL 1981 Chevy van that has been parked in my driveway for a year was towed this morning. It was time for it to be somewhere else. The refinished dining room table and chairs were delivered this morning as well. Will back tomorrow. 2 miles!

Toonses-Good luck on Saturday and enjoy!! I will be outdoors Saturday, too, at our college football team's Spring Game and I am excited. We will be having wonderful weather that day, too. I'm sure I'll be doing lots of walking down there, too.

I did the 3 Mile Weight Loss Walk w/ 1# weights this morning!

I'll take two pints.

I did the 2 Mile Power Walk With Friends, did not use weights as I used them yesterday.

I'll be doing quite a bit of walking tomorrow as we are going to Norman to the OU spring football game. Not really "power walking", although I may need to power walk to keep up w/ fiance and our friend... Looking forward to it! Also will get some yard work in this weekend, too.

Hi ladies, is it okay for me to jump on this thread? I live overseas and brought a few of my LS DVDs with me. I am finding them easy to stick with as they are not (generally) too high impact and I have one busted knee from thinking I was Pele during a soccer game!

Today I did the 3 mile advanced walk from the Ultimate Collection.

Welcome.

1 mile Slim Down, resistance bands, horse back riding, mopping floor. DD has been selling lemonade in front of the house and the floor showed it. Holy Week services will effect my morning routine. I will post when possible. I am in a great place, a low weight, heading into Easter.
