I did the 3 Mile Weight Loss Walk this morning...no weights.

Karen-Sounds like you have the maintenance thing figured out.

Yesterday - 2.5 mile walk at lunch. Went for a bicycle ride after work, but blew out my back tire after five miles. I had to walk home (only 1/2 mile away). Thank goodness I wasn't farther away. Nothing looks funnier then a person dressed in their biking gear walking a bike.

2 Mile Fat Burning Walk with resistance bands
Bible Study ended last week, will resume in the fall, so I can add another mile in the AM if no other meetings crop up.

Thanks, Annie. This time with the weight loss, was the last time.

I log into FitDay each morning. I have a couple of places I record my weight and calorie/carb counts. I like FitDay because of the journaling & BMI calculations. This is an enjoyable habit I developed to keep me honest about my body. I do not use the food journals, I use my 2 apps for those. Just a record of weight gain/loss and dairy for other symptoms/reactions. I ahve identified many ancillary responses to various food choices doing this. All of this recording takes maybe, maybe 2-5 minutes total each day. If I chose to data mine, the process tends towards 5 minutes. Otherwise, just acknowledging my cal/carb counts along with weight is enough to keep me focused. I accept it and then move on. No agonizing whatsoever.

Toonses-The image of the bicyclist all togged out and walking their bike made me smile!

Karen-I with you on "no agonizing". I've been really having some negative thoughts about my body lately and not sure why. My clothes still fit, so that is a good thing.

I did the 3 Mile Burn Body Fat walk this morning, no weights.

2 Mile Fat Burn, resistance bands
Getting hair highlighted and going clothes shopping, SBX with DD afterwards. I get a cap, grande, 1 splenda & 2% milk (120 cal) + I always bring my own treats if I want one and can afford it weight wise. As we are observing Lent and I am lower weight, I will bring a SB bar (110 cal). This 230 cal/37 gram carb fits into my plan for the day nicely. I am carb conscious as opposed to low carb. As I age, I expect these values to drift down.

See you on Monday.

Did 4 miles of the 5 Mile Weight Loss Walk, even though my upper back was a bit sore when I got out of bed this morning. Seems like sleeping is the only thing that bothers me lately. Weird.

Yesterday - 3 mile walk at lunch
Today - A first for me, I rode 17.99 miles on my bicycle. It took me about 1 hour and 20 mins. It was a perfect day for a ride. I then did some yard work and washed the car. Busy Saturday.

Thanks Annie. It always feels good to push myself and accomplish a goal. May is bike month and I just signed up for a challenge at work. My goal is to ride 200 miles for the month of May. I hope to go over that, but wanted a realistic number.

Yesterday - 5-Day Slim Down Walk (miles 2,3,4) crunches and weights.

Happy Monday!! I did the 2 Mile Power Walk With Friends this morning. I used to ONE POUND weights as my neck/upper back felt pretty good, even after doing lots of yard work yesterday. I am going to slowly work back up to 2 and/or 3 pounds unless I start having any pain.

2 Mile Walk Slim. I really like how my muscles feel all day long from this bit of exercise. My legs have toned up. Rarely are they sore from horse backriding even with kickbacks the next day. Too cool.
