Insanity
I only started yesterday, with the Fitness test.
Its challenging, but I love it. Not to mention I feel great after a workout, have more energy, and even today my muscles aren't as sore. A lot of people say not to jump into such a program when you're not in good shape, but I know how to stick it out, I don't mind the pain and I know my limits. Simple workouts never work for me, I always end up maxing them out anyways. Either way, I had a simple question. To those of you who have completed this program, I'm only curious to find out when you physically start to see a change in the mirror? How many weeks? I know not to hurry it, the results will come, but I can't help but get a little excited! :dizzy: |
