At least I don't have to count that high. My jump rope has a counter on it.

Did my HIIT 15 workout early before the kids were up. Then went to my 50min. weight lifting class later in the morning. It worked better doing Turbo first then weights. Tues. I did it the other way around, not so good. I am just glad it is over. It feels good to be done. Now I just need to make good food choices and count my calories, seems like to much in one day!

Hi Everyone!

The TF schedule called for Core20 and Stretch 40, but I did something different.

I did:
Tae Bo Insane Abs (standing section)
Tae Bo Cardio Circuit 1 w/my weighted gloves

Hi everyone,

you guys are amazing - so motivating! I love that everyone is doing different stuff, but that we have TF in common.

Yesterday was my rest day. I did a sauna hot cold protocol - it was lovely (20 min sauna, 30 second cold shower as cold as you can stand it, repeat 3 times). I have a sauna in my condo building which is amazing.

Today was my trainer - so 1 hr weights.

hello!

the negative voice was totally trying to get me to skip my workout for today. but then i felt guilty. and i thought what will i write on this forum. so i did Fire 45. Thanks guys for holding me accountable!!

Diana - you are an inspiration!

Teacher - you can do it! i know how easy it is to get discouraged - but we are all here to support you!

oh and ps tomorrow i have a weigh in with my naturopath. i don't have a weighing scale at home - don't want to become obsessive - so i will see if there has been any movement this first week.

MSM Great job of getting it done! Don't be listening to that negative voice. That voice doesn't want you to reach the goals that you made for yourself. It's tough sometimes to get it all done. Especially when you're tired and still have a ton of stuff to do. TF does make it little more fun though once you get moving. I hope your weigh in goes well.

Xtremesteph Congrats on the promotion!

ETA: I was just reading on the boards and I saw where you (Steph) had asked me if I had seen good results with TF. I'm sorry that I missed your question originally. I have been actively trying to lose weight, so I cannot give all credit to TF. I can say this, TF has kept me motivated and I enjoy my workouts every day. I started TF on July 1 and I have lost 51 pounds since then.

Diana- Woohoo.. 51 pounds with TF

Yesterday- I did nothing... Shame on me but it was a terrible day at work

Today- TF Fire 45 EZ

I only lost 1 pound this week. I'm still hoping to get my mini-goal on 210 by the end of the month.

Hi guys,

So I lost 0.7 lbs - I went from 158.2 to 157.5. woo hoo! for me weight loss is always really slow b/c I have polycystic ovaries. I'm just glad it went down :-)

Today I am going to do something for 30 min. possibly fire 30 but also possibly just treadmill or eliptical.

teacher, msm and diana - Congrats on your weight loss!

I took yesterday off from Turbo Fire and today. Today I did 40 minutes of run/walk intervals on the treadmill. Planning on doing Turbo Fire 55EZ tomorrow! Have a great day!
