yay!! i did them for my wedding in june and i'm starting up again on monday. i'm excited someone else is doing it!!! i remember the first week, feeling like i rode a horse cross country.. sooo sore. it gets better!
I'm considering giving that system a try because I feel like my cardio endurance is getting a little bit too advanced for the stuff I'm doing right now. What's it like? What were your results?
i actually had great results! i ordered my wedding dress one size smaller and did insanity for only 6 weeks before my wedding... and my dress was already too big! it comes with a meal plan as well, which i didn't do. i'm sure the results are amplified by doing their diet... i'm just too picky. i would def recommend it, especially for someone who is needing more cardio! let me know what you guys think of it as well!
Oh boy am I ever sore! Tonight I will be doing cardio recovery and I'll see how that goes. It's been really challenging but I'm liking it and hopefully I'll see results!!

I'm glad to see so many people are doing it as well, I didn't get so many answers when I made a thread last week I was sore for three or four days, oh so so sore, but now I'm not at all. I'm sweating and working my butt off and I love it! Cardio Recovery is my favorite so far, it's not easy at all, and it challenges me in the ways I absolutely love. Resistance!
