Hi everyone!
I just purchased this DVD today at Target and I am so excited to try it out. I hear it's a bit of a challenge. I love challenges :D

Has anyone done this?

I bought it and found it typical for the Firm. You look in great shape.......you should try Cathe Friedrich. Now she's challenging.

I have found that the original Firm workouts with the Fanny Lifter were great and effective. I ended up buying the new pink box Firm workouts and been somewhat disappointed. That's when I found Cathe Freidrich. I have tried tons of at home DVD's and always come back to her.
I hope that you like her and have fun with your Firm workout too!
