Cardio video for someone with 2 left feet?

I love Charlene from Turbo Jam and I love how up beat Turbo Jams is but man I'm uncoordinated! Can anyone recommend any cardio videos without floor exercises that have a peppy instructor and don't switch moves every 2 seconds? I don't transition smoothly!

I really like Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds for this very reason.

I was just going to recommend that. Any walking-based workout is great for the choreographically challenged. Leslie is particularly good. I also like walking workouts from Chris Freytag, Ellen Barrett, and Debbie Rocker. You can power up the moves as your endurance increases by adding weights or jogging when they do more intense power walk segments.

i have absolutely NO coordination. Like, I can't even follow step workouts. I love Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. Its basic things, like push ups, and jumping jacks.

leslie is good, but as far as I know she only does walking (just an FYI). I also love Chris freytag.

You can still bump those up intensity-wise. For Leslie, I very often will jog when she has you go forward and backward, or even just jog during every march/walk segment that doesn't have knee lifts or hamstring curls/kickbacks. You can also kind of add some lift to your hamstring curls so that you're doing it at higher impact.

Wrist/hand/ankle weights can also add some strength intensity, too.
