2 mile Fat burn, resistance bands to classical music.
Tropical storm rolled through the area. So nice, to exercise independent of the weather. So nice not having to drive somewhere to get exercising done.

NSV: Walked at least 2 miles Saturday night. More stamina than the young people and not sweating either.

Have not done any exercising for the past 4 days. I can tell it too. I am tired, snack more and crankier.

Today I walked 2 miles on the treadmill. Granddaughter was here so I thought it would be easier to do the treadmill than to take up the living room floor with WATP. Will try to do the WATP dvd tomorrow.

Happy Tuesday ladies,

I am off this week so I plan on getting a workout in when I can.

I just did some yoga (LS You Can Do Yoga), lifted some weights and did my terrible crunches (ouchie). My WALK Weight Loss Bootcamp DVD arrived today (oh joy). I cannot wait to break this baby out tomorrow morning.

Have a wonderful day.

Well even though....

I have not slept well the last couple of nights. I have been waking at about 3:30 and getting back to sleep just before the alarm goes off.

.... I got up past when I should have, but still did my walk. I had planned the two mile, but was short on time and compromised with the Power Mile (20 min.) So I did get something in this morning.

i think that is actually more important than the what. It keeps exercise in perspective while at the same time maintaining habit.

2 mile fat burn. I too was busy and glad for the quicker miles. Resistance bands to classical. DD 9th BD.

Did LS Pilates, crunches and lifted weights. Still a little sore from trying out the bootcamp dvd on Wednesday. I plan on using it again tomorrow morning.

2 mile fat burn, resistance bands, 1 mile walk to park with children 7 grand daughter. Off tomorrow. Sunday, 2 mile hike for youngest daughter's birthday party. One of the best parts about being slender is the increased ability to be happily active.

Monday I resume my horse back riding with the children. So I will do 1 mile of Slim Down plus my ride for my exercise on these days. I like the variety.

Did the 3 mile bootcamp with resistence bands.

Annie you are right, I guess it is those darn lunges that are killing me. I am not complaining, it is really nice to try something that is a little more challenging. But oh brother, my thighs are feeling it...

Sunday, 3-mile boot camp with resistence bands.
