Did my 2 mile walk again today.
I was planning on doing the 1 mile classic walk and then the 1 mile focusing on the legs but didn't feel like I could have made it thru that so I did the classic walk and then the mile focusing on the arms.
I'm going to have to quit missing days. It takes me at least 2 days to get used to it again.

How long did it take some of you to get to where you could do 2 miles or more comfortably?

2 mile slim down with resistance bands. My legs were sore. It has been awhile since they were.

with WATP? not long I felt uncomfortable the first day I did all 3 in the first week. But now I can do all 3 it seems comfortably(I'm in 3rd week of getting active again). That is when I start, seeing I missed my work out today. I have been having trouble waking up in the morning. I snooze and its not like I'm not getting 8 hours either. I'm getting 9-10 easy.

Leann-It took me a week or two to feel comfortable with 2 miles. Keep at it!

Thanks ladies, for the advice on mixing it up with the 2 mile. I did another 2 mile version that focuses on cardio/fat burning this morning and really worked up a good sweat....I was also huffing and puffing.....lots more arm movements and also felt some different muscles being used. I am a creature of habit and seem to always want to stick to the same things. I think I will go with this one for a while and then work to switch between the two. Might even add weights to the one I did today.

Ok, I'm trying to be patient with working up to this but my body is not wanting to cooperate very well.

I only did a 1 mile with the warm up and cool down today. Just didn't feel like I had it in me today. Will try for 2 again tomorrow.

Having some up days and down days with thinking about the possibility of my job ending. Dang I'll miss those kids

2 mile slimdown with resistance bands. I'll be gone tomorrow. Trotting around AT&T center so that should be some exercise.

Well I'm back again. Guess I felt bad for only doing 1 mile today. I don't know what it is. But this afternoon I went back and did another mile. This one focused on the thighs. Bet you I'll be sore tomorrow.

Slept late again. I was up late though. DD was up and watching a movie which she doesn't do that often so I didn't want to shoo her off. Of course in the lazy relaxed mood we then watched 2 episodes of Heroes and now I gotta get us ready to go meet the teacher. That should be fun for her. She is excited for school to start back up.

Going to get in some pilates tonight and a swim if we get back from teacher night early enough and pool isn't overly crowded.

Leann,
Doing one is doing something always a step in the right direction don't feel bad or guilty. Awesome motivation to keep going with more in one day.

Welcome Ona and Matilda.

Karen,
Those "walking" days at outings are sometimes tough when you do a regular workout too.

Hi everyone

Did 2 miles today. I'm sweating like a big dog but I did it.

Will try it again tomorrow.

Hope everyone has a great weekend.

Eating some fruit and then gonna get to my 3 mile walk with Leslie. I'm quite motivated right now because of a shocking weigh in this morning. I was a bit down because I stepped on the scale last night and was up. By some miracle I was down 2 lbs from last week and down 4 from last night. Weird. Huh! Probably was retaining water last night. I did take my bp pill(has water pill) late yesterday because I got up late then didn't take it right away either.

Hi everyone! I LOVE WATP....I'm curious, who's losing with JUST doing WATP? I have been doing walking outside, but I'm wondering if I should just start doing the DVDs as my main exercise...I get such a good workout for her DVDs. Today I am going to do Walk, Kick, and I might do another 1 mile if I feel up to.
ETA: I was also wondering which ones of hers have the updated music. I find I LOVE the walk slim fast miles because they have more modern music. I would love to get another one that has the updated music. If anyone can help I would appreciate it!
