well done! Fisnish my full week yesterday yay!.. Lost just over a pound but thsts because i ha a big loss last week, glad to have a day off tho x

thank you :) well done.. i havent done 1st of the 2nd week.. went to a party last night an heals gave me huge blister! 3 on one foot an 2 on the other ouch!!.. so gonna class today as my day off an do day 1 of week 2 2mrw :)

Yowza! Blisters on the feet are awful!! I hope they're gone (or at least not so painful) tomorrow!!!

Pretty good day so far! I felt like total crap last night when I went to bed...I don't think I ate enough yesterday, but I just wasn't hungry!
But, I was down another pound this morning, so that's nice! Now, I'm heading to Zumba soon and I'll be doing day 5 of P90 when I get home! Glad those blisters are healing for you! |
ive had a few days like that where i just dont want to do anything and have no energy but i have to remind myself that i ent going to get fit by sitting wathing tv all day! :) soon moves my butt!, ur doing really well! good work with the pound loss!.. i do hope i lose more this week as it was a bit of a blow only losing a pound after doing over 277mins this week of exercise :( do you calorie count? or just watch what u are eating?

ah cool :) ive never tried it as ive always stuck with calorie counting. ive just finished day 2 week 2 on p90.. just about to start my other cardio work out, im tired already :( hope all is well with you :)

hey ladies! just a quick question, about how long of a workout do you have with the videos on a daily basis? i'm not doing p90 yet, but i'm thinking of buying it for myself as a celebration when i finish 30ds (i'm on day 12). maybe i'll join you both on this thread then ;)

hiya amy, im doing both 30ds an p90 (i use the 30ds as extra as i feel the p90 dont kick my butt as much) also do NMTZ and BFBM when im feeling brave!.. with p90 there are 4 work outs sculpt for 28 mins and sweat (added abs) for 35mins. levels 1 and again same thing but harder for level 2 (not sure how long they last for as i havent got that far for level 2) . heres a peek of the sheet so ull get a batter idea as im no good with explaning :o http://tinypic.com/r/waopcn/4

Yeah, I'm also taking Zumba in addition to Power90. It definitely doesn't quite kick my butt, either. I don't get it?

thanks ladies!! i really appreciate it. i know you both do other workouts (i'm not all that fit...lost the weight but my endurance and strength are sh*t), do you think i could handle p90 and c25k? i want to do a 5k by thanksgiving and know if i don't start training soon i'll still be on the couch and never hit the 5k hehe.
