I ran this morning and then did the usual Flexibility mini walk. I'm on a three day field trip starting tomorrow and today was so busy getting ready to be gone from school for three days. I can't do my strength training this week so I'm going to do one of the Leslie's that has the upper arm workout in the morning. Then Wednesday there is a 5k at the convention I am attending.

Did three mile of the tone upper body. Used three lb weights on both hands the whole time. Then did the Ultimate dvd with just the arms, it's only about four minutes. Also, planked for 2:30, haven't remembered to plank so was surprised I could go that long.

Headed to a 5k this morning. It starts at 6:30 and strangely that is a late run for me! Usually I leave at 4:30. it's part of a convention I am attending with my students. They aren't running though! If you would have told me a couple years ago I'd be running a 5k on a field trip I'd have say you are crazy!

l5 min. on the eliptical. I really think the eliptical is a better workout but Leslie really got me to be consistent and she is fun.
