Jillian Michaels
Hey
Just lookin for a little advice. I'm trying to start some kind of exercise regimen...until now I've sort of just been mismashing videos together, trying to fit some cardio here some strength here. I recently bought all 3 Jilian Michaels videos (well the ones at Walmart, there may be others I don't know about) so I've got 30 day shred, burn fat/boost metabolism and the no more trouble zones. Does anyone have any ideas for me as to how to put these all together? Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks so much! :) |
30DS is tough enough as it is- I don't know if you'd like doing all three at once lol.

Well I have a lot of Jillian's video's and my routine looks like this....
Mon: Boost metabolism Tue: Yoga meltdown Wed: no more trouble zones. Thurs: cardio of choice Friday: Yoga melt down or BL yoga Sat: Boost metabolism or trail run Sun: Strenuous Hike (if I'm in the mood) This si what a shoot for but I usually only get 5 -6 days in. Hope this helps! |
Here is the "official" workout plan for Jillian Michaels 30 day slimdown. I'm surprised the dvds don't come with the plan included. :(

Oh one more quick question. Is the "quick trouble zones" on the no more trouble zones dvd? the 30 day jillian plan calls for it.

No More Trouble Zones DVD...kicked my butt! OMG! She killed my thighs and abs, I loved it! Definitely adding this to my routine, probably I'll do it 2x a wk. I highly recommend this DVD! Works the butt, thighs,abs(obliques and lower),shoulders...great all around wkout!:carrot:
