Two mile, 30 min. High Calorie Burn w/ weights this morning before work.

Cathy-So glad you were able to find the Boot Camp DVD!

PurdueGirl-I plan to do the Boot Camp again tomorrow morning. I had to get up at 5:00 as it was today, so I didn't really have time to do a 45 min. this morning. I plan to try to do it at least 3 times a week.

I did the warm up and classic mile, just the first mile yesterday. I am LOVING it so far. It is right at my level of ability. Thanks to Miss Annie! I have to wait for Robert to come home from work to see how the weather is then before I decide to walk or bike.

2 mile of the 3 mile weight loss slim. Glad to preview these videos from Netflix before buying. I like 5 mile slim better.

Great weather. Made goal. Thinking of taking a mile walk with DH and Amy's ice cream. What am I going to do with myself?:-)

Hi all!

Did the 3 mile Boot Camp w/ toning this morning. Feels good!

I am really having to take care with the lunges and sidesteps w/ variations.

3 mile Boot Camp w/ toning this morning. I may lay off this one for a couple of days as my shoulders and thighs are bothering me a bit. Don't want to overdo things.

Leslie advised to do the boot camp every other day to give the muscles a rest, and I agree. I was more sore than ever doing it back to back, rest those muscles or you can injure yourself.

Sunday 2 mile of 5 mile slim, arms & legs. Next week I will be on vacation and using the resort's gym and hiking state parks. I will be interested to see what my stamina is after doing WATP. My desire is high because of WATP. So glad to have found these videos.

Hey guys. Is it okay if I post for accountability here too? I just started doing some of Leslie Sansone's workouts. I bought a whole bunch of them. I am coming off a back injury, so I need to be careful. I did 4 Fast Miles this afternoon. LOVE IT! It was a great workout and the back feels great. Going to try the Boot Camp one tomorrow for the first time. It is supposed to be a strength training day.

Thanks,
GT
