biggest loser: 30 day jump start

  • i love it! it is a 30 day program that starts out at 10 minutes a day then builds up to 40 minutes by week 4. so, every week 10 more minutes are added. it really gets my heart pumping. i'm wondering which one to try next. or i may just keep do thisone again but increase the intensity. i dont know yet.
  • I like it because it has past contestants, but its not a really good instructional video. The transitions are non existent from one movement to the next. However, if you can look pass that it is definitely a good work out. I'm mixing my days up with it as well as Jillian Michaels 30 day shred.
