A friend of mine started the BBL a couple of months ago. She followed the diet plan almost exactly and followed the workouts religiously. She would even show up at parties with her own tupperware filled with food. When I saw her about 3 weeks ago, she had dropped 25lbs and looks fabulous.
I was completely amazed at the transformation that I ordered BBL the same night. I just got done with the first week and my bum bum is so sore. I went to CVS and bought a $15 heating pad and that has helped me a lot. My friend said that she started seeing results after 2 week. Can't wait! Will keep you guys updated about my progress.
I just finished my 2nd week of BBL and getting ready to start the 3rd week now. I have lost only 4lbs so far and can't see any visible changes to my body yet, although I am getting stronger. I haven't been following the diet plan that came with the DVDs and I have been half-assing the cardio stuff.
I really like this so far (I am on day 4 of pear). I am sore, but not so sore that I can't walk or sit, which is a fine line for me. So excited about this program!
I'm new to the site, but I started BBL yesterday, and I'm sore today (but I feel good!). I'm on the classic schedule, so i did Bum Bum and Tummy Tuck.. I like it, so i hope that i stick to it..
I am almost done with week 4. I definitely see changes in my body and energy levels, however I did not lose any weight. FWIW, I didnt follow the diet plan.
Thanks for your feedback ladies on the BBL workout, I was searching for a fitness video and saw it today. With all your reviews, I am definitely going to buy it. Please keep us posted on your progress.
I'm starting the the Slim and Shape workout on the 5th. I'm combining it with the 30DS and training for the C25K. Crazy, I know. But I want to see what I can really do if I put my mind to it
ETA: How is everyone doing so far? Do you still feel pretty sore after the 1st week?
Meeky - I'm starting this week too! I'll begin tomorrow, Monday the 6th, so we'll be only a day apart. And I'm doing the slim and shape plan too. I'm also working on my C25K. Today will start week 7 of that. I haven't decided whether I'll stick to the food plan or just incorporate some of their meals into my own food plan. Keep in touch with your progress!

I have been researching BBL as well as Beachbody for a while now. I am definitely order BBL. Once I finish a couple rounds I am planning on taking on INSANITY!!! Can't wait, I ordered it but decided that it wasn't for people who are out of shape, so I am waiting until I lose weight and gain more muscle in my legs.

I'm on my 3rd day of BBL. While I like the workout, I'm very frustrated and confused that I'm not sore at all. I do feel my muscles working when I'm doing the video, but I haven't experienced any soreness afterwards at all. I'm fairly certain my form is correct. I also know that since I struggle with the workouts quite a bit, it's not due to the fact that the program is not challenging enough.
So far I've done Bum Bum and High and Thigh. I really wanna love this program, as my butt has always been one of my biggest concerns (besides my tummy). Any tips/comments is greatly appreciated.
