  • I am doing a 2 week trial of this with my 14 day Body Cleanse ( you eat with this one).

    I am doing the Full Body Workouts on alternating days.

    Starting Measurements - February 14, 2010 (no scale so I am going by measurements)
    Neck - 17 in
    Waist - 37 in
    Hips - 48 in
    Thigh Left - 28 in
    Thigh Right - 28 in

    I am loving her workouts because when I am short on time they are easy to fit in at anytime. My friend Hana does them and she is getting results.
