Default 10 min trainer?

Hi, I haven't posted here in ages but am once again on a quest to get fit.

I am interested in the 10 min trainer, has anyone tried it?

I am quite a bit overweight, my stats on the side might not be up to date. I do have a good cardio base as I walk alot of 1/2 marathons and have just done my first marathon but still have a ton of weight to lose and would like to tone up.

Thank you

Kim

I tried 10 min. trainer, but found it too complicated. They want you to use a resistance band in all these ways, like you have to anchor it to a wall a few times. I just got confused.
