WATP for beginners?
So i ordered the 5 day slim down and I tried it out today. I've discovered I am extremely uncoordinated and was to confused to even follow it all the way through the one I chose (tummy).
I've done the one mile and it seems perfect. I'm just looking for something different and a big longer without the complicated moves. Can someone reccomend some videos that are better for beginners?
