
I am LOVING Slim in Six!Now granted, i've only done it two days...but I did the Start it up yesterday. Woke up and wasn't that sore, so I did it again this morning instead of waiting until the afternoon.
I just love how simple the moves are, so I'm not spending half the time trying to figure out what it is exactly they are doing with their bodies.

I'm not finding Start it up to terribly difficult - I sweat, lunges burn, but the only thing I find myself hitting almost failure over is the push ups. This mornign I did nine in the time she did ten, although I was pretty spent.
Maybe one more day on Start it up and then on to the next one.
