Default Bob Greene's Total Body Makeover

I am excited to start a new year and looking forward to the workouts! Is anyone else using this video? I've watched the intro and the Week 1 workout so far, and it definitely looks like something I can do. I'm planning to lose 50 pounds this year (easy to SAY on January 1, I know!!)

Just wanted to see if anyone else is working out with this one! Happy New Year!

I am not using this plan but wanted to remind you that if you lose 1 pound a week you will meet your goal for the year. Good luck !

Thanks for the reminder, Bargoo!

Got through the Week 1 workout just fine. It's amazing the things we forget to do in the gym! So far, this is going to be a very good video add to my collection! I will post more as I get through the 8 weeks of workouts.

Hope you all meet your new year goals!

I did the first workout today and it seems pretty quick. It's not like you're begging to stop. Definitely great for beginners or someone who hasn't exercised in a while.

I just bought this and am happy to hear it's doable. It was on sale for $10 and comes with a free subscription to Fitness Magazine, so I couldn't pass it up!
