I did not know about this. I'll keep a lookout for it because the only experience I had with yoga was a few weeks in college physical fitness, but I liked it.
Just wondering though: Jillian remarks on her lack of flexibility all the time during the cooldowns in her other videos, so how does she fare in yoga in all things?
Here is some info on the DVD. It appears you can order it Feb. 16th here, but Amazon has it for cheaper but says it won't be released until Mar 2nd. It looks intense. I am definitely going to buy it!
So I tweeted Jillian Michaels and asked her bout her yoga dvd. She tweeted me back OMG! I asked her how her yoga dvd is different from others. She said it's a circuit training workout using traditional yoga moves. Very dynamic to get you ripped. also good 4 flexibility & core.
That doesn't look too harsh. I did stuff like that in gymnastics. Granted, I'm heavier and less flexible than I was when I was in the sport (and I was heavy and not super-flexible when I was), but still.
Has anyone been able to find this dvd? Neither Wal-Mart or Target had it today when I was out. I'm hoping to avoid ordering it from the internet to save shipping and my sanity while waiting for it.
