Turbo Jam Rotation Calendar?
Hey guys,
I'm actually currently doing Billy's Bootcamp, and I'm following his rotation calendar, but sometimes I want to go back on Turbo Jam just for fun. I used to do them on a daily basis but with no guidance. I originally got all the DVDs from my friend so I never got any of the supplemental materials that went with it. Is there a workout rotation calendar that goes with the workout? I can't seem to find anything online so far. And if so, can someone post it? I might double workout a few days sometimes, I work part time and haven't been working because all the seasonal employees stretch out the hours too thin, and I've literally gotten all my projects and DIY stuff DONE until school starts back up. So I literally workout for an hour and then read or watch TV, so I figure I can do some Turbo Jam later in the day since it's a lot of fun and not quite as intense as Billy Blanks lol. Anything helps...thanks guys! |
There is a 4 week workout calendar that came with my set, one for beginners and one for advanced . . . is this what you're talking about? I can post that if you'd still like it.

Ok, here we go . . . Im assuming you have all the videos it has listed - these are what it needs:
Learn and Burn 20 Minute Ab Jam Cardio Party Beginners 4 week Calnedar (Saturday and Sundays are always rest days) Week 1 m - Learn and Burn t - Learn and Burn w - 20 minute T - 20 minute F rest day Week 2 M- 20 min T- 20 min & Ab Jam W - Cardio Party Th - 20 Min & Ab Jam F - 20 Min Week 3 M- 20 min and Ab Jam T- Cardio W- Sculpt and Ab Jam Th - Cardio F- 20 Min and Ab Jam Week 4 M- Cardio T- Sculpt and Ab Jam W- 20 Minute Th- Cardio F- Sculpt and Ab Jam Advanced Calendar (Sundays and Saturdays are always rest days) Week 1 M- Learn and Burn T- 20 Minute W- Cardio Th - 20 min and AB F - Cardio Week 2 M- Cardio T - 20 min and abs W - Cardio Th - 20 min and Abs F - Cardio Week 3 M- Cardio T- Sculpt W - 20 Min and Abs Th - Sculpt F - Cardio Week 4 M- Cardio T - Sculpt and Abs W - Cardio Th - Sculpt and Abs F - Cardio Hope that helps, cheers! |
I'm so glad I found this thread! I lost the calendar and have kind of been winging it.
I also have 3T (Totally Tubular Turbo), Fat Blaster, and Lower Body. Does anyone know how to incorporate these into the schedule? Thanks!! |
